A jury awarded Owen Diaz $137 million after coming to the conclusion that Tesla in Fremont did not protect him and violated his "right to be free of a racially hostile work environment," according to the San Francisco Chronicle.
Diaz reportedly endured racial abuse for 9.5 months from his co-workers and supervisors, including being called the "N" word at least 30 times.
