About a month ago, 31-year-old Rudy Eugene was shot dead by police in Miami after he attacked a 65-year-old homeless man named Ronald Poppo, and started EATING HIS FACE.

--The story became national news and introduced a lot of people to BATH SALTS . . . the drugs Eugene was believed to be high on at the time.

--They're not actually salts you put in a bath.  They're drugs that can stimulate a person like cocaine . . . and cause psychotic hallucinations like PCP.

--Well . . . the toxicology report is in.  And no, Eugene was NOT high on bath salts.  Marijuana was detected in his system, but there were no other street drugs, no prescription drugs, and no alcohol.

--Now the police are even MORE confused about what led Eugene to attack Poppo.  Poppo is still hospitalized and has had several surgeries.  He's also been reunited with his family who thought he died more than 30 years ago.
