50 Cent is in hospital suffering from a stomach virus! 50’s good friend Floyd Mayweather Jr. sent out a tweet asking fans to pray for his friend who is in excruciating pain and extremely sick. “Please keep 50 Cent in your prayers he is in the hospital and he is extremely sick…we will remain positive," 50 has been using Twitter to update everyone on his condition. "I don't want to go into surgery. Get better soon Mr. Cent!!!!

Jennifer Lopez has been named the most powerful celebrity by Forbes magazine. 1. J-Lo has had a successful comeback in the last couple of years after giving birth to twins Max and Emme. According to Forbes Jennifer has racked up $52 million in the last year as a result of her role as a judge on American Idol, fragrances and a clothing line. Jennifer was closely trailed by  2. Oprah Winfrey  $165mill with and 3^rd Justin Bieber  $55 mill. Rihanna takes the fourth position  at $55 mill while Kim Kardashian sits pretty in seventh place with $18 million.

Karrueche celebrated her birthday with her boyfriend Chris Brown and a few of her friends.  Chris Brown pulled out all the stops for his girlfriend Karrueche's bday, leaving her to tweet: "Best ever." The cute couple partied hard at Greystone Manor in L.A., as the beautiful model turned one year older. Chris bought some big bottles of Ace for his girl's spirits. “Chris bought Karrueche more than $10,000 of Cristal and Ace of Spades champagne,” a source says. “They were all over each other, kissing and stuff. They definitely looked very in love.” Breezy even let his girl put her booty right in his face! That was probably more of a gift for Chris than it was for Karrueche, then he tweeted: "Ass ass ass ass ass ass!!! Lol" It was all fun for Karrueche and her friends, as they partied until the wee hours of the morning.

Just before the trial concluded on Friday, Attorney Lisa West called to the stand Marriage Therapist Sola Winley who gave direct testimony as to why he believed Tameka Raymond was under a great deal of stress. One of the things that stood out in his testimony was the fact that Tameka told him that Usher had slept with two of her bridesmaids. This revelation apparently didn’t go well with Usher as he stormed out the courtroom during a recess mumbling the words, “Now I am sleeping with her bridesmaids?” That wasn’t the only damaging evidence presented in the courtroom. Former nannies threw both Ush and Tameka under the bus with details about how much they loved the kids but couldn’t deal with the horrible parenting going on. Nanny Jenny Silva said her interactions with Usher were “not good” and her interaction with Tameka were “terrible”. Ironically Ush testified that he was willing to pay for Silva because he wanted insurance that someone would be with the children at all times because he knew Tameka might be away or not attentive. He cited two instances, one of which was Tameka leaving the house saying she was going to the movies, but being gone for 2-3 days leaving the children with Silva. Silva allegedly had many run-ins with Tameka regarding her lack of parenting, leaving for extended periods of time and not having food in the house

Jeff” Conaway, who starred alongside John Travolta in the movie Grease, passed away last year after his family had him removed from life support — and you know what? Apparently Jeff left behind a diary, in which Jeff detailed his sexual encounters with none-other-than John Travolta. 
Here is what multiple sources, who have seen the handwritten diary entries firsthand, tell HSK: 
“Jeff’s ex Vikki is looking to get paid and has engaged a Hollywood publicist to cash-in. The rep is hawking the diaries to the highest bidder, desperately trying to make some dollars off the current sex scandal.”
The allegation, according to the diary, is that Travolta had oral sex with Jeff during a night at the Grease star’s home.”
What proof did Conaway have of this encounter? Well, according to the enterprising Vicki Lizzi, the diaries are notarized to prove that the words are indeed from her late boyfriend. But beyond that… there’s little proof.
Is John Travolta a high level Scientologist, whose beliefs include: The sexual pervert such as homosexuality, lesbianism, sexual sadism, etc., is actually quite ill physically… he is very far from culpable for his condition, but he is also far from normal and extremely dangerous to society

Rihanna was enjoying a night out late partying in New York yesterday, despite desperate warnings from friends and family to tone down her wild lifestyle.  Rih Rih was seen leaving her hotel late in the evening following her performance at the Javits Center, before making her way to Catch nightclub to party with a group of friends. Rihanna partied until 4am earlier this week, fuelling already intense worrying about her partying. The singer's mother is reportedly worried that RiRi will enter a life of drugs similar to her father, after she was rushed to hospital suffering "exhaustion."

The transgender model who filed court papers against Khloe Kardashian after a reported fight, has offered to drop the lawsuit in exchange for $150,000. Chantal Spears, also known as Ronald Spears, accused Khloe of pushing her outside of a nightclub in 2009, when she attempted to greet the star's husband Lamar Odom. Spears has agreed to settle out of court if Khloe pays the aforementioned sum for causing "mental and emotional anxiety." But now surveillance tapes are showing no interaction between Khloe and Chantal

Kanye West, who is heading over to Europe for the Watch The Throne tour, has booked a floor of posh central London hotel The Lanesborough to impress Kim Kardashian during their stay in London. Kim has rearranged appearances so she can fly over with Kanye on a private jet this Tuesday. While in Europe Kim launches her Quick Trim slimming device and a new fragrance.

Is it true are Beyonce and Jay-Z are moving in to a posh townhouse in west London on the recommendation of their close pals. The pair decided to rent the five-bedroom gaff because they were tired of pouring money down the drain on posh hotels. New mom Beyonce tasked her entourage with finding a suitable home for her family. And a deal was struck this week for a posh. A source said: “Both Jay-Z and Beyonce are going to be spending a lot of time in London over the next few months. “Jay is over here for his Watch The Throne Tour and Radio 1’s Big Weekend and Beyonce will be launching her perfume in Europe over the summer. “They wanted to have somewhere more homely now they are parents.”
