Rihanna is taking legal action against the UK department store chain Topshop for using FUGLY pic of her on their T-shirts, and is calling the quality of the garments “poor,” AND wants  $5 million from them!! So the  claim filed by Riri’s lawyer Reed Smith, says she would have never allowed the photograph to be used. Part of the claims states “The base image of the Rihanna is of such an unflattering nature that it would not be approved.” The snapshot, taken from her “We Found Love” video , was described in the claim as a “low-quality image,” while the quality of the shirts were referred to as “poor” and “a product that would not have been authorized by the first claimant.” Word is Topshop  been in talks with Rihanna about a $5,000 settlement but matters are now theor heading to court in London this summer!!

Soulja Boy is this AINT a good look! Back on January 9, a motorcyclist AND a red Bentley in Hollywood were involved a little accident… AND the red Bentley LEFT! Statements go “It is believed that its driver made a reckless turn that caused the crash, In any case, a friend of the biker went back to the scene to look around, That’s when he met a valet at Roscoe’s House of Chicken and Waffles who said that he knew the car well, and that it belonged to Soulja Boy!” The crash itself was not captured on video, but images of the Bentley showing damage that corresponded to the accident did show up in photos.. Police got a warrant, believing they had probable cause to believe the Bentley was involved in the accident, and have since impounded the car.

Sheesh what is wrong with these Hollywood kiddos?!?! Amanda Bynes was arrested in her NYC apartment Thursday night for mary jane possession and throwing evidence out the window!!!! When the cops show up she threw a bong out the window cause she didn’t want them to find it!!! Amanda was arrested on a charge of reckless endangerment PLUS was taken to Roosevelt Hospital to undergo a psychiatric evaluation, and then transferred to a Midtown police station to be processed. 

Big trouble on the set of VH1′s “Love & Hip Hop”, the stars of the show are refusing to go to work … and it’s all because they think they’re getting shafted in contract negotiations. Sources close to the show tell us, all cast members were supposed to be present Tuesday in NYC to film a trailer for the upcoming season, but only half of the cast showed up. The other half stayed home in protest because negotiations for their new contracts had gone sour. We’re told the half that did show up then got upset … believing they too were entitled to revised contracts … and stormed off. We’re told most of the cast members want more money — as much as double their last contract — but there are other problems too … some are pissed at how they were portrayed last season and they want more say in what footage gets aired. We’re told emergency meetings have since been called with the angry cast members … and they’re hoping to get what they want by the end of the week. If they don’t … we’re told the cast members plan to stick to their guns and continue their strike for as long as necessary. 

Lil Wayne's crew just signed Paris Hilton to a record deal ... and she's planning on dropping a brand new album in the very near future!!  Wayne's mentor -- Birdman -- confirmed the news on Twitter ... saying, "Lil Wayne's Cash Money family has a new member! Paris Hilton: RichgangRichgirl." According to Showbiz411, Hilton's album will focus on house music -- no surprise, since she's been DJing at various clubs all over the world ... and training with some house music bigshots for years. The album -- Hilton's first since 2006 -- will reportedly be produced by Afrojack ... and will feature bona fide stars like Lil Wayne.  Paris told Showbiz411, "[The new album] is a lot different than my first album. It's really going to be house music."
