Sports Illustrated has released its list of highest paid athletes over the last year. So, who topped the list?  Well, who else than “Money” Mayweather grossing $90 million after his bouts with Victor Ortiz and Miguel Cotto.

That number is sure to increase since Mayweather’s recent fight with Robert Guerrero and his scheduled fight in September were not factored in - meaning the money will continue to pile on for the braggadocios pugilist.  Superstars LeBron James and Drew Brees rounded out the top 3.

Today, Google has officially lanched Google Play Music All Access. The subscription-based streaming service will use Google's web and mobile interfaces featuring millions of songs you can play instantly, recommendations, charts and playlists, and instant radio stations. All Access launches today in the U.S. for $9.99 a month, comes with a free trial month, and sign-ups before June 30th get it for $7.99.

The announcement marks the search engines first endeavor in the music streaming service to add to their already extensive portfolio. All Access will look to directly compete with established streaming services Spotify and Pandora. So, what do you think, will Google conquer the streaming world as well? We shall see.

During the 2013 BET award nominee press conference, Chris Brown made an announcement that left everyone surprised.

He has made a new song with the late singer Aaliyah.  C Breezy's next single "They Don't Know" features some of Aaliyah's unheard vocals from her hit song "One In A Million".  

Chris has even started working on the music video over the weekend in Los Angeles.

On Tuesday, Minnesota became the 12th state to legalize gay marriage. Gov. Mark Dayton signed a bill officially making gay marriage legal in The North Star State. Interestingly, Minnesota became the first Midwestern U.S. state to pass such legislation. 

Rainbow and American flags were seeing waved on the Capitol’s south steps after the announcement was made. The jubilant crowd of about 6,000 spilled down the steps and across the lawn toward downtown St. Paul and celebrated their new granted right.

Jennifer Lopez has done it yet again!! J-Lo dropped $10 million on her summer home in the Hamptons yesterday! According to TMZ , J.Lo closed the deal with well-known real estate agent, Susan Breitenbach of the Corcoran Group.  

This insanely large mansion is a 8,500-square-foot mansion near Mecox Bay and sold for $9.95 million.  The new house consists of 8 bedrooms, 7.5 baths, 3 acres of land, a theater, pool, spa, sauna, steam room.  DEFINITELY wouldn't mind spendinG the ENTIRE summer here!

Kanye West $750,000 Lambo crashed into Kim Kardashian's driveway gates as it was being delivered from the autobody shop.  According to TMZ, Kanye's Lamborghini Aventador was being delivered to Kim's L.A. house after getting serviced.  The driver pulled into the gate but didn't make it all the way in before the gate closed on both sides of the car.  OUCH!

Whitney Houston has been gone for a little over a year now, but CLEARLY she still lives through her fans! A woman aboard an American Airlines flight from Los Angeles to New York, felt a SERIOUS need to express her love for the late-great Whitney Houston by staging her own tribute concert.

According to witnesses, she repeatedly sang Houston's hit song, "I Will Always Love You", disturbing many of the passengers on the flight. She refused to stop singing and the plane was forced to make an emergency landing in Kansas City to escort the woman off the plane.  Unfortuantely for her, this is against the law and she was arrested at the gate.

Music moguls and now philanthropist Dr. Dre (Andre Young) and Jimmy Iovine (Interscope) have donated $70 million to USC for what is being referred to as an Academy for Arts, Technology and the Business of Innovation. The four-year program will feature four core curriculum areas: arts and entrepreneurship; technology, design and marketability; concept and business platform, and creating a prototype.

The USC Jimmy Iovine and Andre Young Academy will look to cultivate entrepreneurship by providing a platform for students' entertainment, technology and business skills to be put into use. Instruction will involve engineering, computer science, fine arts, graphic design, business and leadership training.
