In an interview with the New York Times, Kanye West talked about how he felt after dissin Taylor Swift:

In Georgia, Michael Patterson noticed a little girl having a hard time staying above water in a nearby creek.
The 4 year old girl named Javea was saved by Michael who later became paralyzed from the chest down when he dived head first into the creek.
Javea's mother, Carlissa Jones stated:
"He jumped in head first and after I grabbed her, I looked back and he was floating on top of the water,"
This wasn't Patterson's first time saving a life! Two weeks ago, Patterson and another man pulled a truck driver from his cab after it had been hit and caught fire.
Patterson's mother, Vicki Jones said:
"He said he did what he thought, what he hoped anyone else would have done for him. That's not a very common thing anymore, for anyone to care about someone they don't know."
